Q. Diet Pepsi v.s. Pepsi? How do they make the taste different? Which one is healthier?

A. The difference lie in the amount of sugar each has. I say neither one is healthy but if you had to pick one choose diet. Diet doesn't taste as good as regular, that is true for most things anyways.


How to not go off tracks in my diet and what is the best diet?
Q. WHt diet is the best, and give me some tips how to lose weight.

A. The "best diet" is not a diet at all, its a way of eating for the rest of your life.

As far as popular diets go, Atkins, Southbeach, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, low cal, low fat etc etc.. they all work... you have to 1. follow them, and 2. not go back to your old habits once you reach your goal.

Everyone is a little different and may achieve their healthy weight down a different path. Some things in common among the diets is cutting out sugary drinks like soda, and eating sugary desserts. Another is excercise on a regular basis

I use "Strip that fat" program to achieve my goals. It fit my personal tastes for food and I managed to lose 50 lbs in 6 months 5 yrs ago and keep it off. For you it may be another method. But something like the lemonade diet isn't a way of eating for life, and even if you stuck to it, once you went back to the old ways of eating, the weight would come back.

A. very most importantly- water, water, water. gatorade, other fluids. diluting/flushing is crucial. then, broth, lean protein for repair, fruits + veggies, ones that aren't too hard to digest. healthy eating, food groups observed, balanced diet, no processed or junk food.

Q. I have tried every diet book out there. So far, the only thing that's worked for me is a raw diet but I never can stick to it for long!

What diet pills actually work and are safe?

Q. I understand there is no magic diet pill to make you thin, but I was just looking for a good pill to jump start weight loss that works with exercise and diet. I gained about 30lbs a year ago and have just kind of been okay with it since then, until I saw pictures from my vacation then I realized I wasn't happy. So I started working out again and eating healthy and it just is not enough right now. I am looking for something safe, productive, and something I can get without a prescription. Any help would be wonderful!

What is the best diet for people with heart disease,stroke and blood disorders?
Q. I have been considering changing my diet to vegetarian because of my personal and family health history including heart disease, strokes and blood disorders. My boyfriend is overweight and has heart problems and diabetes. What diet would be best for us?

A. Low soduim, low fat diet. Stay away from processed food, fast food. Eat lean meat stay away from red meats. Try to bake your food not fry it. Do not add salt. Eat plenty of green vegies

Everyone is a little different and may achieve their healthy weight down a different path. Some things in common among the diets is cutting out sugary drinks like soda, and eating sugary desserts. Another is excercise on a regular basis

I use "Strip that fat" program to achieve my goals. It fit my personal tastes for food and I managed to lose 50 lbs in 6 months 5 yrs ago and keep it off. For you it may be another method. But something like the lemonade diet isn't a way of eating for life, and even if you stuck to it, once you went back to the old ways of eating, the weight would come back.

I gained about 30lbs a year ago and have just kind of been okay with it since then, until I saw pictures from my vacation then I realized I wasn't happy. So I started working out again and eating healthy and it just is not enough right now. I am looking for something safe, productive, and something I can get without a prescription. Any help would be wonderful!

p.s dont eat much carbs I'm Asian and one of our staple foods is rice so in a meal I ate half a rice and dont forget your water.
